Cilok tanpa daging mantap

Hai para pencari resep masakan ... nih gita punya satu resep makanan enak mudah dan mantap tentunya "Cilok tanpa daging" pasti banyak yang cari-cari cara gimana buat cilok tanpa daging, terkhusus bagi kalian yang gak suka sama daging/alergi/gak ada uang. Hehe nggak usah panjang lebar langsung aja ke resep dan cara buatnya......

CILOK TANPA DAGING
Resep :

1. Tepung terigu 500 g
2. Tepung tapioka 750 g
3. Bawang putih sesuai selera
4. Garam secukupnya
5. Air
6. Minyak

NB : Jika ingin lebih kenyal tambahkan tepung tapioka sedikit lagi
Cara membuat :

1. Siapkan bumbu ( haluskan bawang putih dan garam )
2. Campurkan tepung terigu dan tapioka
3. Masukkan bumbu kedalam tepung yang sudah di campur 
4. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis
5. Tambahkan minyak goreng sedikit saja pada adonan agar tidak lengket saat di masak
6. Masak air hingga mendidih
7. Buat bulatan-bulatan sesuai selera
8. Masukkan bulatan yang sudah jadi ke air yang mendidih
9. Tunggu beberapa menit
10. Jika sudah matang angkat dan tiriskan
